Dont decompensate......

Decompensated Cirrhosis / encephalopathy consider:

• SBP and other infection
• portal vein thrombosis
• variceal haemorrhage / upper GI bleed
• constipation
• narcotics / medications
• dehydration
• hypokalemia
• hepatocellular carcinoma
